When mindfully doing my Zentangle exercises, I find myself often "in the moment" . . . "in the now." I lose the sense of time and space.  I am renewed.

While listening to Dr. Mark Mueisse, who writes about mindfulness for Great Courses, I came upon several meaningful quotations I'd like to share with you.

"The mindful tradition tells us that change is nothing to fear."

"Most of us feel great pressure to feel knowledgable---or at least appear that way."

Beginning Zentangle at Artist and Display

On Monday night we taught a Beginning Zentangle® class at Artist and Display in Milwaukee.  We have been teaching there for over three years now and do enjoy it.  There were 23 people in the class and it was great fun.  We share some pictures with you.
